Multilevel English Prep ("Multilevel", "we", "our") is a study platform that helps
students prepare for English proficiency exams through practice tests, lessons, and
AI-generated feedback. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how
it's used.
Information we collect
Depending on how you sign in and what you use, we collect:
- Account information — your name, and either a phone number and password, your Telegram account ID/username/profile photo, or your Google account ID/name/email/profile photo, depending on which sign-in method you choose.
- Study activity — test attempts, scores, lesson progress, streaks, XP, and homework assigned by your teacher (if you're enrolled in a class).
- Speaking test recordings — audio you record during speaking practice, used only to generate a transcript and feedback for that answer.
- Writing submissions — essays and answers you submit for AI feedback.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account, and keep you signed in.
- To track your progress, scores, and streaks so you can pick up where you left off.
- To generate AI feedback on your speaking and writing answers.
- To let your teacher or admin assign homework and review your class progress, if you're enrolled in a class.
- To notify you on Telegram if your premium subscription is about to expire (only if you signed in with Telegram).
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary information with:
- OpenAI — your speaking recordings and writing submissions are sent to OpenAI's API to generate transcripts and feedback. We do not retain a permanent copy of your raw audio on our servers beyond what's needed to process that request.
- Telegram — if you sign in with Telegram, Telegram's Login Widget shares your Telegram ID, name, username, and profile photo with us. We may message you on Telegram for account-related notices (e.g. premium expiry).
- Google — if you sign in with Google, Google shares your basic profile (name, email, photo) with us via Google Identity Services.
Payments
We do not process or store any payment card details. Premium upgrades are handled
manually via bank transfer, confirmed by an admin — we never see or store your card
number, expiry, or CVC.
Data retention
We keep your account and study history for as long as your account exists, so your
progress isn't lost. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any
time using the contact details below.
Your choices
- You can sign in with whichever method you prefer — Telegram, Google, or phone + password.
- You can ask us to correct, export, or delete your data at any time.
- You can stop using speaking/writing AI features at any time; this doesn't affect other parts of the site.
Children
Multilevel is intended for students preparing for English exams, including teenagers.
If you are under the age required by your local law to consent to data processing on
your own, please have a parent or guardian review this policy and create your account
with their awareness.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
Continued use of Multilevel after a change means you accept the updated policy.
