These terms govern your use of Multilevel English Prep ("Multilevel", "we", "our", "the site"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

What Multilevel is

Multilevel is a study platform offering practice tests, lessons, flashcards, and AI-generated feedback for students preparing for English proficiency exams. It is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of any exam board.

Your account

• You may sign in with Telegram, Google, or a phone number and password.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
• If you forget your phone+password login, contact us on Telegram (see below) to have it reset — we don't have automated email/SMS recovery.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Free and Premium access

• A free account gives access to a limited number of tests per section and limited daily AI feedback.
• Premium unlocks all tests and unlimited AI feedback for the paid period.
• Premium is activated manually after payment is confirmed by an admin; we do not store your payment card details.
• Premium periods are non-transferable between accounts. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us if something's wrong.

AI-generated feedback

Speaking and writing feedback, scores, and levels (e.g. A2/B1/B2/C1) are generated by an AI model and are a study aid, not an official or guaranteed prediction of your actual exam result. Use them to identify areas to improve, not as a substitute for feedback from a qualified teacher or an official exam.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others or let someone else take tests as you.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Upload audio, text, or other content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute site content (tests, lessons, model answers) without permission.

Content ownership

Tests, lessons, model answers, and other study materials on Multilevel belong to us or our licensors and are provided for your personal study use only. Your own speaking recordings and writing submissions remain yours — we use them only to generate feedback for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep Multilevel available and working correctly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — features may change, and the site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to factors outside our control (including outages of third-party services like OpenAI, Telegram, or Google that some features depend on).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Multilevel and request account deletion at any time.

Limitation of liability

Multilevel is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site, including reliance on AI-generated feedback or scores when preparing for an actual exam.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
